Kim Tucker studied ceramic sculpture under the direction of
Viola Frey and Arthur Gonzalez at the California College of Arts and Crafts,
graduating with a B.F.A. Kim then went on to receive her M.F.A under the guidance
of M.J. Bole from The Ohio State University. Since then she has won several awards
for her sculpture and drawing. Kim has attended several artist residencies including "Futur"in
Switzerland. She continues to work figuratively, creating installations of figures
that speak about the human condition. Kim is currently the Artist in Residence
at Mount St. Mary College in Los Angeles, Ca.
